Here we answer common questions about the jewellery catalogue of Rheinische Edelmetall GmbH & Co. KG. Jewellery and watches shown online are not sold through an online checkout. Viewing, advice and purchase take place in person at our branch.

Can I buy jewellery and watches online?

No. Our jewellery catalogue presents selected individual pieces. Items can be viewed online, but they are not sold directly through the website. Purchase and advice take place in person.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?

Yes. The photos show the actual individual item from our current stock. At the branch, you receive exactly the piece shown on the product page.

Can I reserve an item?

Reservation is only possible after personal consultation. Please contact us by phone so that we can check availability and the next steps.

Why is there no shopping cart?

Many jewellery items and watches are individual pieces. Condition, fit, documents and details should be checked personally. That is why we do not offer automated online sales.

Can I get advice before visiting?

Yes. You can contact us by phone for advice about an item. We will check together whether the jewellery or watch matches your request.

Are the items checked?

The items offered are checked and photographed by us. Details about material, stones, condition and special features can be found on the respective product page.

Can I sell my own jewellery?

Yes. You can bring jewellery, watches, gold, silver and other valuables to our branches for valuation. The assessment is carried out personally and transparently.

Where can I view the items?
